The Picket Fence had a great holiday season, and while I’m sad to see it go, it also means that it’s Market time!! In January, there are retail markets that take place all over the world. There’s the AmericasMart in Atlanta (Hotlanta), the New York International Gift Fair in – you guessed – New York City, and finally, there is the Maison d’Objet in Paris, France. Our buyers, who will be introduced momentarily, typically go to the NYIGF, but this year we decided to mix it up a bit. TPF will be sending Massey Glenne and Barbara Palazuelos on a whirlwind of a trip to Atlanta, then to Paris.
Day 1 in Atlanta was amazing! Market was jam packed with buyers from all over the world, and the showrooms were filled with beautiful furniture, inspiring accessories and stunning lighting. Here are some of my favorite items so far to whet your design appetite.
